Any cell with fewer than 5 responses is hidden entirely, for two reasons: it protects respondents' privacy, and an average of four responses does not mean anything. We would rather leave a gap than publish a number that misleads.

Your email and name are stored only if you enter them and tick consent, and they live in a table kept entirely separate from diagnostic scores. Scores are not linked to your identity. The report link you share carries no personal information.

It measures whether an AI assistant recognizes your business, describes its sector and location correctly, and is willing to recommend it when a user asks. The score runs 0 to 100. It is an indicative check reflecting what the model knows at that moment, not a formal measurement.

If the assistant does not know your chain, you disappear from that channel while competitors with clean, consistent data still get named. Every certificate carries a unique code. Anyone can enter that code on the verification page to see whether it is genuine, who it was issued to, for which course, and when. A revoked certificate is clearly shown as revoked.
